Hello! i am a 25 year old,single mother of 3. Just divorced, and 4 months pregnant, my house is falling apart! I live in a small town in north california and am DESPRETLY needing help! we have a widespread unemployment rating and i'm currently attening night school just to get by!
i am told all funding is gone in our city for ANY type of help. my mother passed away 3-4 years ago and left me her house also,finally settling probate and her debts, now i have ALL of that burden to go with me. I don't know how i will make it! I have a fridge leaking/ driyer doesn't work/ dishwasher is on his last legs/my floors are buckling/i need carpet for a room/ my back pourch is falling down/i need a new roof (its leaking) so i need a new ceiling in the diningroom!
the list goes on and on. I'm lucky to make my morgage and get food on the table, there is NO way i can afford anything. I'm told if i sell i wont get what its worth and i've had numerious people tell me its not worth it. Im so stuck and so lost and would appriciate any help you can offer!
